When I read this, another quote comes to mind, "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link...", I also attribute this to one man can do only so much, whereas a team can accomplish much more
Like my fire crew, I can only cut so much line, and watch so much, but as a crew, we can stop fire and keep each other safe. Some may find it hard to rely on others...but sometimes, its all you can do to accomplish the mission, is to give that trust

So very true. To relate this to guild terms... its not a guild when you don't have guildies. A leader is pointless without people to lead.  If it wasn't for my guildies I wouldn't be still playing WoW today.
