Also, on Friday, the farthest we are going in ICC is the Plaguewing, even if we one-shot the entire Boss line-up, no if, ands, or buts
Don't like, don't come
The reason for that is, I would like the Guild to do Regular Ulduar to prepare and familiarize the Guild with all of the various fights there
I'm doing this to get our Guild more Raiding experience when it comes to unpredictable factors and reactions that come with fights with mechanics, which is what Ulduar has plenty of.
Another reason is to prepare for our forray into the Ulduar HM's to attain our Rusted Proto-Drakes before they cannot be gotten any longer, which, if we have inexperienced players running HM's through a Raid they never did the Reg on....would be a massive failure on the Raid Leader/GM, me
This is why I'm having us take the Raiding slow and steady, I know you all know how to Raid, but to Raid effectively, and on the same wavelength with the Guild, takes time, wipes, and cooperation only gotten after you play with a person or group for a period of time
